NZ On Air

Springload were asked to improve the way people access information on NZ On Air's website. Primarily visitors couldn't find the information they needed and instead went directly to the NZ On Air comms team for information which used up internal resources.

I was responsible for leading the design direction and team of the project. We simplified the user experience by making it far easier for users to find the information they needed without getting lost.
